GymLoop
Your split, not your calendar.
Coming soon to the App Store
GymLoop tracks your position in a rotation — Push, Pull, Legs, and back around — instead of pinning workouts to days of the week. Miss a Tuesday and nothing shifts; the next workout is simply the next one. Offline-first, no account, everything on your device and your own iCloud.
Features
- Rotation-based splits: the app tracks where you are in the cycle, so skipped days never knock your week out of alignment
- A gap detector that notices when you have been away and offers a full-body reset day, then hands control back to the normal rotation
- A Next Workout home-screen widget, plus Live Activity and Lock Screen tracking for the session you are in
- A GitHub-style training heatmap with streaks, and a Trends dashboard with e1RM and volume over time
- Apple Health import: your body weight and your Watch or Fitness+ sessions shown alongside your logged training
- A guided progress-photo studio with a pose stencil, a ghost overlay of your last shot, and a self-timer
- Siri Shortcuts — “Start my workout in GymLoop”, “What’s next in GymLoop”
- A leave-home reminder that fires before you need to depart, based on your gym time and travel time
- Custom body measurements alongside the built-in ones, in kg/cm or lb/in
Free and Pro
The core of the app is free, and stays free. Free covers the workout loop and rotation, the split editor, your last 30 days of history, the heatmap and streaks, the BMI card, reminders, Siri Shortcuts, home-screen widgets, and iCloud sync.
Pro adds unlimited history, the Trends dashboard, the progress-photo studio, custom body measurements, Apple Health workout import, and Live Activity with Lock Screen widgets.
Three ways to buy Pro
- Monthly — $2.99 per month
- Annual — $19.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial
- Lifetime — $49.99 once, no subscription
Prices shown are US pricing; the App Store converts to your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time in iOS Settings — the support page has the steps.
Your data is never held hostage. If a subscription lapses, nothing is hidden or deleted — older history simply collapses behind the unlock row and comes straight back if you resubscribe.
