The fast lives on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island through fasts as long as 36 hours. End one without unlocking your phone.
Any protocol
16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD (23:1), 36-hour, or any custom length — with backdating in two taps when you forgot to start it.
Streaks that stay honest
A GitHub-style history heatmap with current and longest streaks and your 7-day average. A record, not a scoreboard.
