This privacy policy describes how FastRing ("the app") handles your information. The short version: FastRing has no account, no analytics, and no server of its own — we never collect or receive your personal data.

Data collection

FastRing does not collect any personal information. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties — because we never have it in the first place.

Fasting data

Your fasting sessions, plans, and history are stored on your device. FastRing operates no server of its own, so this data is never sent to us and is never accessible to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app removes the copy held on your device.

iCloud sync

If you have iCloud enabled, your fasting data syncs through your own private iCloud account so it stays consistent across your devices. That sync happens between you and Apple: the data lives in your personal iCloud storage, governed by Apple's privacy policy. We have no access to it and no ability to read it. You can turn this off at any time in iOS Settings.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, FastRing uses local notifications generated on your device to remind you about your fasting windows and fasting stages. No notification data is sent to any server.

Purchases

FastRing offers a one-time Lifetime Unlock. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store — we never see or receive your payment details, and no account is created.

Children's privacy

FastRing does not collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

FastRing is a timer, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
