Yes — your fast is tracked from its start time, so you can close the app (or even restart your phone) and your progress will be accurate when you come back.

Can I edit a fast I forgot to start or stop on time?

You can adjust the start time of a fast so your history stays accurate even if you tapped the button a little late.

How is my data handled?

Your fasting data stays on your device — FastRing doesn't collect anything. See the privacy policy for details.
