Does Worth connect to my bank?

No, and it never will. There is no bank linking, no SMS reading, and no email scraping. You enter your own numbers — which is exactly why the app needs no access to your accounts and has nothing to leak.

Does it fetch live prices?

No. Worth makes zero network calls of its own. Every number in the app is one you own and entered. You can use every feature in airplane mode.

Then how does my data get to my other devices?

Through your own private iCloud database, synced by Apple’s CloudKit and readable only by your Apple ID. That is the only data movement in the app, and it is between you and Apple.

How do fixed deposits work?

Enter the principal, rate, and dates once. Worth computes today’s value and the maturity value for you, and handles auto-renewal, so an FD keeps itself up to date between check-ins.

What does the document scan actually do with my statement?

It reads the text on your device using Apple’s Vision framework and pre-fills the entry for you to review before saving. The image is never uploaded — there is nowhere for it to go.

What is free, and what does the unlock add?

Up to 3 accounts, the full monthly check-in, the dashboard, a 1-year chart, and CSV export are free. One purchase unlocks unlimited accounts, all chart ranges, projections and goals, widgets, themes, and CSV import — forever, with no subscription.

I deleted an account by mistake. Is it gone?

Not immediately. Deleted accounts sit in Recently Deleted for 30 days, so you have time to restore one.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, as CSV, at any time, on the free tier. Export is deliberately never paywalled.
