Are these dates final?
No. Lagna gives you a shortlist based on its stated panchang conventions — Lahiri ayanamsa, a sunrise-to-sunrise day, and North Indian amanta/purnimanta month conventions, all spelled out in-app under Settings → Panchang conventions. Your pandit ji confirms the date and fixes the exact minute.
I don’t know my exact birth time.
Enter your birth date and place. If the Moon changed nakshatra that day, Lagna shows both candidate nakshatras instead of guessing — your pandit ji will know which one is yours.
My family member opened my countdown link — do they need to pay?
Never. Receiving a shared countdown, including the Lock Screen Live Activity, is free forever. No account, no paywall, no catch.
The runsheet is running late on the day.
Use the +15 / +30 / Skip buttons on the day-of screen. Lagna re-flows everything around the muhurat, which never moves — and if the day genuinely can’t fit everything, it tells you what to cut instead of quietly falling apart.
How do I restore my Lifetime purchase?
Settings tab → Restore Purchase, signed into the same Apple ID you bought it with.
How do I change language?
Settings → Language inside the app, or iOS Settings → Lagna → Language.
Why should I test-scan my QR poster?
A mistyped UPI ID still looks like a valid QR code — and would quietly send your guests’ shagun to a stranger. Export stays locked until you confirm a real scan shows your own name.
What is free, and what needs the lifetime unlock?
The muhurat finder is free to try, including the full reasoning behind every date. The one-time lifetime unlock adds personalized ranking by birth details, the Lagna countdown with its Lock Screen Live Activity, the full ritual runsheet, and the Shagun QR poster studio.
Does Lagna work without an internet connection?
Yes, always. Every date is computed on-device from real panchang astronomy — there is no server involved at any point.
