Privacy Policy — Nakshatra

This privacy policy describes how Nakshatra — Kundli and Dasha (“the app”) handles your information. The short version: the app collects no data. Nothing ever leaves your phone.

Data collection

Nakshatra collects no data. There are no accounts and no login, no analytics, no tracking, no ads, no third-party SDKs, and no server of ours — the app is fully offline. Its App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected.”

Birth details

Birth details — date, time, and place — are entered by you and stored only on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, iOS also stores them in your private iCloud (the CloudKit private database) so they sync between your own devices. That storage belongs to you and is governed by Apple’s privacy policy; as the developer, I have no access to it and cannot see, collect, or share it.

Purchases

Payments for Nakshatra Plus are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. I never see your payment details, and no account is created with me.

Children’s privacy

Nakshatra does not collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
